Davie’s public schools are run by Broward County Public Schools, the countywide district, not by the town. Attendance zones do not follow town limits: Davie homes are zoned for high schools in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Pembroke Pines and Cooper City as well as Davie, and some Davie schools draw most of their students from outside town.
